United Pet Club

Shelter software that follows the animal out the door

Most shelter systems know an animal only while it is in the building. United Pet Club keeps one record per animal for life, so an adoption is not an export: the history goes home with the dog, the microchip stays registered free, and recovery coverage follows for life.

What a rescue gets

●

Your organization, as itself

Shelters, rescues, sanctuaries, foster networks, TNR programs and wildlife rehabilitators are all first-class organization types with their own public pages.

●

One record per animal

Every intake gets a lifetime profile: identity, photos, weight history, notes and identifiers, kept whole through fosters, returns and the adoption itself.

●

Adoptions that keep the history

An adoption is a transfer: the adopter accepts the animal's profile into their own account, records included. No packet of photocopies, no fresh start from zero.

●

Free chips, forever

Register every animal's microchip free for life, with lifetime lost-pet recovery included. Budget line: zero.

●

Found animals, resolved

Anyone who finds an animal can run a free chip lookup, and the recovery network relays contact without exposing anyone's personal details.

●

Be findable

Your organization appears with other shelters and rescues in the care directory, and the donate button on the platform is real, not decorative.

Intake to adoption, one record

A rescue organization's animals in United Pet Club shelter software, each with its own lifetime profile

Every animal in the organization's care, each on the profile it will keep for life.

The adoption is the product. Make it durable.

A rescue's work does not end at the door; it ends when the animal never comes back. The two things that most reduce returns and repeat strays are exactly the two things this platform does natively: the adopter starts with the animal's real history instead of a guess, and the microchip is registered and covered before the leash changes hands.

There is also a quieter benefit for your own records. When a returned animal comes back, its profile comes back with everything you knew the first time. When a foster moves between homes, the record does not fragment. And rehoming by private owners uses the same transfer flow, so an animal surrendered to you arrives with whatever history its owner kept.

Shelter operations differ wildly, and this page will not pretend one tool fits every intake desk. Start free, put one animal on a profile, and judge by the record.

Shelter and rescue questions

What is shelter management software?

Software that runs a shelter or rescue's animal records, adoptions and public presence. United Pet Club's version is built on lifetime animal profiles, so records survive the adoption instead of stopping at it.

Is it really free for rescues?

The core is free for everyone: organization page, animal profiles, microchip registration and lifetime recovery. Paid tools are on the pricing overview; none of the identity or recovery layer ever costs the rescue or the adopter anything.

How do adoptions work on the platform?

You send a transfer from the animal's profile. The adopter accepts it under their own account, ownership flips, and the records you shared move with the animal, along with its registered chip and recovery coverage.

What about foster-based rescues without a building?

Foster networks are their own organization type. Animals keep their profiles while they move between foster homes, so the record stays whole even when the animals never share an address.

We do TNR and wildlife rehab. Does that fit?

Both are listed organization specialties. Colony cats and rehab intakes can be recorded like any other animal, chipped where appropriate, and released or placed with their records intact.

Does it work outside the United States?

Yes. The platform runs worldwide in more than 70 languages, and registration and recovery are free everywhere.
