United Pet Club

Some pet equipment, you only need for a while

United Pet Club rents out Holter heart monitors and dog wheelchairs so you're not stuck buying gear for a short-term need. Members get a discount, and some rentals can convert to rent-to-own if you decide to keep the equipment.

What can I rent from United Pet Club?

United Pet Club rents two kinds of pet equipment: Holter monitor rentals for dogs and cats whose vet wants a heart rhythm recording, and dog wheelchair rentals for dogs recovering from surgery, living with a degenerative condition, or slowing down with age. You contact us, we confirm what you need, and we ship it to you.

You don't need a paid membership to rent from us. Every United Pet Club account, including the free tier, can request a rental. Paid membership tiers add a bigger discount and a higher rental quota, so the more involved you are with the club, the less a rental costs you.

Some rentals, like dog wheelchairs, are also available rent-to-own. If you decide partway through a rental that you want to keep the equipment, you pay the difference toward the regular purchase price plus shipping, never more than that.

How United Pet Club rentals work

●

Open to every member

You don't need a paid plan to rent equipment. A free United Pet Club account is enough to get started.

●

Bigger discounts at higher tiers

Paid membership levels each carry their own rental discount and quota, so upgrading lowers your cost per rental.

●

Rent-to-own on select items

Convert eligible rentals, like a dog wheelchair, into a purchase for no more than the regular price plus shipping.

●

Ordering by contact, not checkout

Rentals aren't a self-serve cart. You reach out, tell us what your pet needs, and we handle the rest by email.

How to rent from United Pet Club

1

Tell us what your pet needs

Contact us with the equipment you're after, whether that's a Holter monitor your vet requested or a wheelchair for a recovering or aging dog.

2

We confirm details

We'll ask a few questions about your pet and, for medical equipment, may ask what your veterinarian has recommended.

3

We ship it to you

Your rental arrives with instructions for use and return.

4

Return it, extend it, or keep it

Send the equipment back when you're done, ask to extend the rental, or convert to rent-to-own where that option applies.

Rental questions

What equipment can I rent from United Pet Club?

You can rent Holter heart monitors for dogs and cats, and wheelchairs for dogs with mobility needs. We add categories based on member demand, so tell us if there's something else you'd like to rent.

Do I have to be a paying member to rent equipment?

No. Any United Pet Club account, including the free tier, can rent from us. Paid membership tiers add a larger discount and a higher rental quota, but a paid plan was never a requirement to use the service.

How much does a rental cost?

Cost depends on the equipment, the rental length, and your membership tier's discount. Contact us with what your pet needs and we'll quote you directly.

Can I buy the equipment instead of sending it back?

On select rentals, yes. Wheelchairs, for example, are available rent-to-own: keep using the equipment and pay toward the regular purchase price plus shipping, never more than that total.

How do I start a rental?

Contact us and tell us what your pet needs. We'll walk you through availability, any information we need from your vet, and shipping.
