United Pet Club

Give your pet a profile, at no cost

United Pet Club doesn't charge for pet registration, no matter the species, and the profile lasts a lifetime. Set it up in a few minutes with or without a microchip, and slot in the ID tag or passport number once you have them.

What a registered profile actually gives you

Setting up a profile means entering your pet's name, species, breed, a photo, and a birth date, then tying all of it to your contact details inside the United Pet Club registry. Vets, shelters, and finders can pull that record whenever it counts, and you're free to edit it the moment your details shift. Nothing about opening it or maintaining it costs a thing.

This isn't quite the same as registering a microchip. Think of the profile as the record itself, and a chip as one possible way to connect a found animal back to that record. A pet with no chip still gets full use of a profile, and once your vet does implant one, the number simply attaches to the profile you've already built. ID tags and pet passports slot into the same record as well.

Cats and dogs make up most sign-ups, but birds, rabbits, and other companion animals kept in flats and homes across Singapore go through the identical process. None of this changes what AVS requires for dogs; licensing and microchipping under local law still apply regardless of whether you set up a United Pet Club profile.

Building a profile in four moves

1

Open a free account

All it takes is an email address. Every pet you register, and every change you make down the line, lives in this one account.

2

Fill in your pet's basics

Name, species, breed, colour, birth date where you have it, and a sharp photo. The photo does the heavy lifting: it's what confirms the match when a finder or vet checks the record.

3

Attach whatever ID your pet already carries

That could be a microchip number, a tag code, or a passport number. Nothing yet? Leave this step for later; identifiers can be added whenever they show up.

4

Revisit it when things change

A move or a new number means updating the record. Changes are free and go live the instant you save.

What's built into the free tier

●

No charge, any species

Dog, cat, bird, rabbit, or something rarer, registration doesn't cost a cent whatever the animal.

●

A microchip isn't a prerequisite

The profile stands on its own. Chip, tag, or passport numbers can be bolted on later, or skipped entirely, and the record still functions.

●

One record, every identifier

Chip, QR tag, and passport numbers all route to the same profile, so it doesn't matter which one a finder happens to encounter first.

●

Documentation that carries weight

The registry shows who a pet has been linked to and for how long, which comes in handy during adoptions, rehomings, or disputed ownership.

●

Upgrading is optional, always

Scan alerts and the round-the-clock hotline live in the upgraded tiers, but none of that is required to keep the basic profile working.

Three forms of ID, one place they all lead

A chip lasts forever but needs a scanner to say anything. A tag is instantly readable but can drop off the collar. A passport keeps a paper trail nobody else carries. Each one plugs a gap the others leave open, and inside the United Pet Club registry all three point back to a single profile, so it makes no difference which one a finder happens to find first.

Set up the profile first, then build out from there: a microchip for identification that can't be lost, a tag for contact info readable at a glance, a passport for travel and vaccination history.

Questions about registering a pet

Where can I register my pet online for free in Singapore?

United Pet Club, at unitedpetclub.com. There's no charge to sign up regardless of species, and none to keep the profile running for your pet's whole life: no renewal, no expiry date, and contact updates whenever you need them. Registration works from any country, so the record follows you if you relocate.

Do I need a microchip before I can register my pet?

Not at all. A profile stands fine without any identifier attached. Once your pet is chipped down the line, that number just joins the profile you already set up. AVS licensing and microchipping requirements for dogs stay in force regardless.

Which animals can be registered?

Practically any companion animal. Dogs and cats dominate the sign-ups, and the registry handles birds, rabbits, and other pets just as readily.

Isn't pet registration and microchip registration the same thing?

They're linked but not identical. A pet registration builds the profile inside our system. A microchip registration is the extra step of tying one specific chip number to that profile. United Pet Club runs both at no cost, through a single account.

Does having a profile prove I own the pet?

It functions as solid supporting evidence rather than a legal deed. What the record shows is who's been linked to the pet and since when, which tends to help settle disputes, adoptions, or mix-ups at boarding.
