United Pet Club

Identification and every vaccine, in one booklet

Your pet's identification, ownership details, and vaccine history travel together in a single booklet, ready for an overseas flight or a same-day drop-off at the boarding kennel.

Built for travel, useful every other week too

An animal passport, sometimes called a pet passport or pet health passport, does more than prepare you for a trip out of Changi. Groomers, daycares, and boarding kennels can check your pet's vaccine history and contact details straight from the booklet, sparing you a paperwork search before every visit. It isn't limited to dogs and cats either; any animal United Pet Club registers can carry the same booklet.

Three sections make up every UPC pet passport. Animal information holds the name, species, breed, microchip, and club registration. Vaccines and treatments tracks rabies, the other core vaccines, antiparasite treatments, and annual wellness exams. Records rounds it out with vet visits, medications, and notes. Pair it with your pet's microchip and registry profile so the same identification details are backed up online as well.

There's room for pet professionals too: a full-colour page inside the passport can promote a clinic or kennel. Need a custom print run, whether that's one copy or a batch for your practice? Contact us to set it up.

Pet passport and vaccine record questions

What is a pet passport?

A booklet that keeps your pet's identification, ownership, and vaccine and treatment records together. It's built with travel in mind, but works just as well at the vet, the groomer, or the boarding kennel.

Is an animal passport the same thing as a pet passport?

Yes. Animal passport, pet passport, and pet health passport all describe the same kind of booklet. United Pet Club passports work for any species, so the record book suits a dog, a cat, or a bird equally well.

Do I need a pet passport to fly out of Singapore with my dog?

It depends on your destination and airline. Most countries expect proof of rabies vaccination and identification, and a passport keeps that proof organised in one booklet rather than loose paper. Requirements vary and change, so always check the official rules for your destination and confirm timing with your vet before you book.

What information goes in a pet passport?

Animal details like species, breed, and microchip number, ownership and contact information, and a full vaccine and treatment history, including rabies, other core vaccines, and antiparasite treatments.

Can I get a custom passport with my clinic's branding?

Yes. Custom passports include a full-colour page you can use to feature your practice, kennel, or business, with no minimum order quantity.

Is there a minimum order for pet passports?

No. Passports can be ordered one at a time or in bulk for a business.
