United Pet Club respects the rights of others and requires our users to do the same. This includes copyright-protected material and animal data. If you believe your content or data has been used without permission, you may contact United Pet Club with your name, contact details, a description of the material, the URL or location on our platform, and a statement confirming your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the owner. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who uploaded it.
Users who repeatedly upload infringing or unauthorized material may have their accounts suspended or terminated. In cases of dispute over animal data, United Pet Club will act as a neutral platform and may temporarily restrict access until the matter is resolved. If you believe material was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice with proof of your rights, and we will review and may restore the material.
By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that United Pet Club may share anonymized or aggregated data with researchers, partners, or collaborators for research, analytics, marketing, or other legitimate purposes. United Pet Club is not responsible for any unauthorized use of data outside of our platform or by third-party partners once consent or agreements have been granted.
