Fancy Rat color
Sable
A dark sepia brown as a colour in its own right: the ferret's standard colour, the Burmese cat's brown in American registries, sable rabbits. In dogs sable is a pattern of dark-tipped hairs.
1 Fancy Rat breed lists Sable. No club standard describes it.
