Your pet's identification and vaccine history, together in one booklet
Keep your pet's identification, ownership details and vaccine history recorded in a single booklet, one that travels well whether the occasion is an international flight out of Delhi or Mumbai, or a same day drop off at the boarding kennel.
A record that serves more than travel
A pet passport is also known as an animal passport or a pet health passport, and its usefulness extends well beyond international travel. Veterinarians, groomers and boarding kennels can refer to the booklet directly for your pet's vaccine history and contact details, which spares you the trouble of locating paperwork at every visit. The same booklet serves any animal registered with United Pet Club, not dogs and cats alone.
Every UPC pet passport is organised so that animal information, that is name, species, breed, microchip number and club registration, sits alongside a full account of vaccines and treatments: rabies, the other core vaccines, antiparasite treatments and the annual wellness exam. A third section of records documents veterinary visits, medications and any notes worth keeping. Rabies vaccination records carry weight beyond travel too, since many resident welfare associations and housing societies now require proof of vaccination before permitting a pet to move in. Pairing the passport with your pet's microchip and registry profile completes the identification set.
Pet professionals are welcome to feature their business on a full colour page inside the passport. Write to us to arrange a custom print run, whether you require a single passport or a larger order.

Frequently asked questions about pet passports and vaccine records
What is a pet passport?
A booklet that records your pet's identification, ownership, and vaccine and treatment history in a single place. It is intended for travel, though it serves just as well for veterinary visits, grooming, or boarding.
Is an animal passport the same as a pet passport?
Yes, the two terms describe the same document. Animal passport, pet passport and pet health passport all refer to the same booklet, and United Pet Club passports are suited to any species, dogs, cats, horses and birds among them.
Is a pet passport required to travel with my dog out of India?
This depends on the destination. Most countries and airlines require proof of rabies vaccination and identification, and a passport keeps that proof organised in one place. Requirements differ by destination and are revised from time to time, so the official rules for the country you are travelling to should always be confirmed before booking.
What information does a pet passport contain?
Species, breed and microchip number, ownership and contact details, and the complete vaccine and treatment history, including rabies, the other core vaccines and antiparasite treatments.
Can a custom passport be ordered with my business's branding?
Yes. A custom passport includes a full colour page to feature a practice, kennel or business, and no minimum order quantity applies.
Is there a minimum order for pet passports?
No minimum applies. A single passport may be ordered, or a larger quantity for a business, as required.
