炭疽

炭疽は、炭疽菌(Bacillus anthracis)を原因とする、牛など家畜に発生する最急性でしばしば致死的な細菌性疾患であり、人にも感染する人獣共通感染症である。芽胞は土壌中で数十年間生存し、放牧中の動物に感染して急速な敗血症による突然死を引き起こす。世界的に届出が義務付けられている重要な疾病である。
