骨肉腫
Also known as: 骨のがん
骨肉腫は犬、特に大型・超大型犬種で最も一般的な原発性骨腫瘍であり、典型的には膝、肩、手首に近い四肢に発生する。破壊的な骨溶解、激しい疼痛、頻繁な跛行や病的骨折を引き起こす攻撃的な腫瘍である。肺への微小転移は、画像上まだ確認できなくても、診断時点で大半の犬にすでに存在する。治療は疼痛管理と転移の進行抑制に重点を置く。
