Canine chronic bronchitis
Canine chronic bronchitis is a long-standing inflammation of the lower airways defined by a daily cough lasting two months or more without another identifiable cause. Ongoing inflammation thickens airway walls and increases mucus, producing a persistent cough. It mainly affects middle-aged and older small-breed dogs and is managed rather than cured.
