Felines Lymphom

Also known as: Lymphosarkom

Das Lymphom ist einer der häufigsten Krebsarten der Katze, entstehend aus der bösartigen Umwandlung von Lymphozyten, und betrifft am häufigsten den Darm, aber auch Brustraum, Nieren, Nase und andere Stellen. Früher mit dem felinen Leukämievirus assoziiert, treten viele moderne Fälle bei älteren, virusnegativen Katzen auf. Es spricht häufig gut auf Chemotherapie an.
