Menenjiyom

Menenjiyom, beyni saran zarlardan (meninkslerden) köken alan, kedilerin en sık görülen beyin tümörüdür. Kedilerde bu tümörler genellikle iyi huylu, yavaş büyüyen ve iyi sınırlanmış olup, bu da cerrahi çıkarımı sıklıkla küratif kılar. Tipik olarak yaşlı kedileri etkiler ve davranış değişikliği ve nöbetler gibi kademeli ilerleyen nörolojik bulgulara yol açar.
