Loppallergidermatit är en överkänslighetsreaktion mot proteiner i loppsaliv och är den vanligaste hudallergin hos hundar. Ett enda loppbett kan utlösa intensiv klåda som är oproportionerlig i förhållande till antalet loppor som finns. Den hanteras med strikt loppkontroll och lindring av den allergiska hudinflammationen.
