Урођено стање код кога један или оба тестиса не силазе у скротум, остајући у трбушној дупљи или ингвиналном каналу. Наслеђује се сложеним, вероватно полно ограниченим обрасцем и чешћи је код малих и патуљастих раса. Задржани тестиси носе повећан ризик од неоплазије и торзије.
