She has hunted flooded rice and bean fields in Arkansas. She ran the 2021 Spring Grand at Grenada, MS where she stepped on 6/6 marks in the first two series (Purina Land and Banded Water). She auto cast twice on a blind in the water series and couldn’t recover. Her owner made a grave mistake running a blind in the first series of her first ever master test (wore a bottomland camo jacket with a dark, wooded background) and lost her on a blind after she picked up a walk up triple with a flyer clean. She then passed 6 straight master tests (double at Backwater with her owner, then went on to Jimmy Rodgers of Mallard Run kennels and passed four straight (Michigan Flyways, Presque Isle, Buckeye, and Cayahooga Valley) handling on one mark. Lucy is currently 3/3 in master tests in her bid to qualify for the 2022 Master National making her master record 9/10.
