Antraks ialah penyakit bakteria yang sangat akut dan selalunya membawa maut, disebabkan oleh Bacillus anthracis, yang menjangkiti lembu dan ternakan lain serta bersifat zoonotik kepada manusia. Spora bertahan dalam tanah selama berpuluh-puluh tahun dan menjangkiti haiwan yang meragut, menyebabkan kematian mengejut akibat septisemia yang pantas. Ia merupakan penyakit wajib lapor yang serius di seluruh dunia.
