유선종양(유선암)

유선종양은 중성화하지 않은 암컷 개에서 가장 흔한 종양 중 하나로 호르몬 노출과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 약 절반은 악성 암종이고 나머지는 양성이며, 흔히 유선을 따라 하나 이상의 단단한 결절로 나타난다. 조기 중성화는 위험을 크게 낮춘다. 수술이 주된 치료이며 예후는 종양의 크기, 종류, 전이 여부에 따라 다르다.
