Kelainan bawaan di mana satu atau kedua testis gagal turun ke skrotum dan tetap berada di rongga perut atau kanal inguinal. Diduga diwariskan dengan pola kompleks yang mungkin terkait jenis kelamin, dan lebih umum pada ras kecil dan mini. Testis yang tidak turun memiliki risiko lebih tinggi terhadap tumor dan torsi.
