Infeksi paramiksovirus merpati adalah penyakit virus menular pada merpati, disebabkan oleh varian paramiksovirus unggas tipe 1 yang beradaptasi pada merpati (berkerabat dekat dengan virus Newcastle). Penyakit ini menyebabkan gejala saraf dan kotoran cair berlebihan, mengakibatkan kematian signifikan dalam kawanan. Karena hubungannya dengan virus Newcastle, penyakit ini wajib dilaporkan di banyak negara.
