Intoxication au zinc
Also known as: Empoisonnement au zinc
L'intoxication au zinc fait généralement suite à l'ingestion d'objets contenant du zinc, classiquement des pièces d'un cent frappées après 1982, des écrous, des boulons et des fermetures éclair. Le zinc absorbé provoque une hémolyse intravasculaire sévère et une anémie, avec des effets gastro-intestinaux et rénaux. Le retrait de l'objet métallique est central dans le traitement.
