پانوستئیت التهاب دردناک و خودمحدودشونده استخوان‌های بلند در سگ‌های جوان و در حال رشد نژادهای بزرگ است. باعث لنگش مهاجرتی می‌شود که از یک اندام به اندام دیگر منتقل می‌شود و با بلوغ برطرف می‌شود. علت دقیق آن ناشناخته است و درمان مسکن حمایتی است.
