Druse er en yderst smitsom bakterieinfektion i de øvre luftveje hos heste og æsler, forårsaget af Streptococcus equi subspecies equi. Den giver feber, næseflåd og bylddannelse i lymfeknuderne omkring hoved og hals. Udbrud spredes hurtigt, og nogle dyr bliver langvarige smittebærere.
