Уроджаны стан, пры якім адно або абодва яечкі не апускаюцца ў машонку, застаючыся ў брушной паражніне або пахвінным канале. Ён спадкуецца па складаным, верагодна абмежаваным полам тыпе і часцей сустракаецца ў дробных і карлікавых парод. Неапушчаныя яечкі маюць павышаны рызыка новаўтварэнняў і перакруту.
