مرض الجهاز الدهليزي اضطراب مفاجئ في نظام التوازن، يُنتج علامات مثيرة كإمالة الرأس، وفقدان التوازن، وحركات عينية شاذة. ويظهر الشكل مجهول السبب الشائع في الكلاب المسنّة فجأة ويتحسن عادة خلال أيام إلى أسابيع. يجب تمييزه عن مرض الأذن الداخلية والأسباب الدماغية المركزية.
