الكسر الرضحي

الكسر الرضحي هو انكسار في العظم ناتج عن قوة خارجية مثل اصطدام مركبة أو سقوط أو الدهس. تتراوح الكسور بين شقوق بسيطة وكسور مفتتة (تفتتية) ومفتوحة (مع بروز العظم)، ولكل منها تبعات مختلفة. وإلى جانب العظم نفسه، قد تضر الكسور بالعضلات والأعصاب والأوعية الدموية والأعضاء المجاورة. الألم والتورم والعجز عن استخدام الطرف من العلامات النموذجية. يعتمد العلاج على نوع الكسر وموضعه، من الجبائر إلى الإصلاح الجراحي.
