التهاب الصفاق بصفار البيض هو التهاب التجويف البطني الناتج عن انطلاق مادة الصفار إلى الجوف بدلاً من مرورها في قناة البيض. يثير الصفار التهاباً وغالباً عدوى بكتيرية (شائعة E. coli)، مؤدياً إلى التهاب صفاق إنتاني. سبب متكرر للمرض والنفوق في الدجاج البياض عالي الإنتاج.
