ضعف وراثي في الألياف النطاقية التي تعلّق العدسة، يسمح للعدسة بالانخلاع داخل العين، وشائع في سلالات التيرير. ينجم عن طفرة في جين ADAMTS17 ويؤدي غالبًا إلى زَرَق ثانوي مؤلم وفقد للبصر. يبدأ الظهور عادة في منتصف العمر.
