الثالوث الالتهابي هو التهاب متزامن في ثلاثة أعضاء عند القطط: الكبد والقنوات الصفراوية (التهاب الأقنية الصفراوية)، والبنكرياس (التهاب البنكرياس)، والأمعاء الدقيقة (داء الأمعاء الالتهابي). لهذه الأعضاء صلات تشريحية وثيقة عند القطط، لذا غالبًا ما ينتشر المرض في أحدها إلى الأخرى. يسبب المزيج أعراضًا غامضة لكن مستمرة وقد يكون صعب التشخيص. تعالج الإدارة المكونات الثلاثة في وقت واحد.
