التهاب الجلد الدخني نمط تفاعلي شائع عند القطط، يتميز بنتوءات صغيرة متقشرة عديدة على الجلد، خاصة على طول الظهر والرقبة، تشعر وكأنها بذور الدخن. وهو علامة أكثر منه مرضًا محددًا، ويسببه غالبًا حساسية البراغيث. عادة ما تعاني القطط المصابة من حكة وتنظف نفسها بشكل مفرط. يعتمد العلاج الناجح على إيجاد ومعالجة السبب الكامن، مع التحكم بالبراغيث كأهم خطوة.
