خلع الرضفة

حالة عظمية نمائية شائعة تنخلع فيها الرضفة عن أخدودها، وغالبًا نحو الداخل في السلالات الصغيرة. تنتج عن سوء استقامة الهيكل العظمي وضحالة الأخدود البكري، وتتراوح شدتها من نطّة عرضية عابرة إلى خلع دائم مصحوب بعرج والتهاب مفاصل. كثير من الحالات خلقية ووراثية.
